Day 30 of my Whole30: Update


I Sort of have Abs a Little Bit ^^^

So you're really not supposed to weigh yourself while your on a whole30 so you don't get discouraged in the middle by the numbers which can vary depending on many things in a day. I won't tell you I completely followed this. I'm was down around 15  pounds the other day but this morning the scale says 10 which is still a good amount for 30 days.

Preparing Paleo BBQ Ribs

Whole30 BBQ Sauce for Paleo Ribs

Well if you're like me you love ribs, just because I'm doing another Whole30 doesn't mean I don't want some slow and low baby backs. I do about a 4 hour cook for my ribs, The video is at the bottom but go over my process first, my rub recipie and most importantly a No Sugar BBQ sauce that rocks.

Its a 30 day sugar/chemical/food from a box detox.

So I made a batch of rub today, and I tend to change it up but its always pretty close. This time here is what I did:


Whole30 or Paleo BBQ Rub

  • 2 tbsp Tony's 
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbps chili powder
  • 2 tbsp paprika (smoked is best)
